Hej all! Slowing your reps (e.g., 3 sec down, 1 sec up) boosts muscle growth. I use tempo for squats – killer burn! Try it with light weights first. 💪

Detailed: I use 4-sec-down bench press, really feels the chest! Started with 50% max weight. What’s the best tempo for hypertrophy?
