Yo FitViking, I’m bulking too! 4 meals a day: beef, pasta, avocados, and shakes. Hitting 3400 kcal. How do you avoid feeling stuffed all the time?

My bulk plan is 6 meals: chicken, sweet potato, rice, plus protein shakes. Around 3600 kcal. Any tips for keeping appetite up? I’m struggling!

Bulking with turkey, quinoa, and eggs, about 3200 kcal. Gained 2kg so far! How do you track calories without obsessing?
