Hej crew! Performance needs fuel! I eat oats, chicken, and fruit pre-workout, plus protein post-workout – keeps me strong for lifts. 🚴

Oats and eggs pre-lift, shake after. Keeps me going for heavy sets. How do you balance carbs for performance without gaining fat?

Vegan here! Quinoa, beans, and veggies pre-workout, 600 kcal meal. Helps my lifts! Any pre-workout snacks for endurance?
