Hej crew! Performance needs fuel! I eat oats, chicken, and fruit pre-workout, plus protein post-workout – keeps me strong for lifts.

Oats and eggs pre-lift, shake after. Keeps me going for heavy sets. How do you balance carbs for performance without gaining fat?
