Hej FitnessNotion! Bench press builds chest and triceps, but form is key. Keep wrists straight, feet flat, and lower bar to mid-chest. Started with 60kg – now at 180kg! 🏋️‍♂️

Detailed: Thanks for the cues! I keep my shoulder blades pinched and use a spotter for heavy sets (120kg).
How wide should my grip be for max power?
