Hej crew! Stretching improves range and recovery. Try hamstring and shoulder stretches post-workout (30 sec each).
Helped my squat depth! 💥

Detailed: I stretch lats and hamstrings post-lift, 45 sec each. Improved my deadlift form! Any dynamic stretches for warm-ups?
