Tempo Training – Slow Down for Bigger Gains! ⏱️

Hej all! Slowing your reps (e.g., 3 sec down, 1 sec up) boosts muscle growth. I use tempo for squats – killer burn! Try it with light weights first. 💪

Enthusiastic: Tempo squats are intense! Doing 3-sec-down lunges too. How do I apply tempo to CrossFit? Loving this!

Detailed: I use 4-sec-down bench press, really feels the chest! Started with 50% max weight. What’s the best tempo for hypertrophy?

Humorous: Slow reps? I thought faster was cooler! 😅 Does tempo work for bodyweight stuff? Beginner here!
